Joining a new team can be a daunting event for anyone. Our goal is to make the onboarding process a welcoming and comfortable experience for our new Champions. As you progress through the on boarding process, please provide your feedback on the experience. While we only get one chance to make a good first impression, your feedback will help us improve and ensure that we are living up to the standard that we expect from each other for future team members. Please work through the following steps and return the required documentation in order for us to accelerate the onboarding process. At any time if you have questions or need assistance in working through the on boarding process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and an Team operation Champion will contact you to assist.
Step 1. Complete your Background and Drug Screening consent form and return a signed copy to email@example.com.
Step 2. Your employment contract will be sent to your email by an Team Operations Champion. Please complete your employment contract and return a signed copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3. Complete your W-4 and return a signed copy to email@example.com.
Step 4. Contact an existing Champion to complete your I-9 and return a signed copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
